About the Role
The best teachers know that learning happens everywhere—in block towers, story time, muddy puddles, and everyday conversations. If you're a nurturing, dependable educator who loves helping children explore the world around them, we'd love to welcome you to our team. Come help us create a place where children feel loved, supported, and excited to learn.

About Us
For 60 years, Phoenixville Area Children’s Learning Center (PACLC) has provided children with an environment of love and learning. As a nonprofit early childhood education program, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging place where children can learn through play, build meaningful relationships, and develop the skills they need to be successful.

We believe our teachers are at the heart of everything we do. We foster a supportive, collaborative workplace where educators are valued, encouraged to grow professionally, and empowered to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families. Our team is passionate about early childhood education, dedicated to building strong connections, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we'd love to welcome you to the PACLC family.

  •  Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with families and colleagues.
  •  Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance the needs of a busy classroom.
  •  Current clearances, First Aid and CPR certification, or a willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
  •  A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and passion for making a difference in the lives of children every day.
