Whether you already have experience in childcare or are interested in beginning a career in early childhood education, we'd love to get to know you.
A job with benefits- and room to grow!
At PACLC, we want our teachers to build careers, not just fill positions.

- Health and Dental insurance with more than 90% of the employee premium paid by PACLC
- Paid holidays and paid time off
- Retirement plan with employer matching
- Short-term disability benefits
- Generous employee childcare discounts
- Tuition assistance if you're attending college or planning to return to school
- Paid training and support toward earning your CDA

- Opportunities to grow into Lead Teacher and other leadership positions
What you'll do
You'll work alongside our teachers to create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for young children.
Your days will include helping children learn through play, supporting daily classroom routines, encouraging social and emotional development, and celebrating all the little milestones that make early childhood so special.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Genuinely enjoy spending time with young children
- Are patient, kind, energetic, and dependable
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Are interested in learning more about child development
- Have childcare, babysitting, nannying, or classroom experience—or are excited to get started
